Main Screen:

Each set consists of an exercise and rest cycle

Exercise: Exercise Time for each Set
Rest: Rest Time for each Set
Set: The number of different exercises/intervals you wish to do
Cycle: The number of times you’d like to repeat the set of exercises

Prep: Set this time to give yourself time to get ready
Presets: Use these to save 3 of your favourite HIIT workouts. Just press the settings icon and save the current settings to one of the presets, or load a preset previously stored.
Keep Screen Awake / Allow Sleep: This setting prevents your screen from automatically going to sleep, overiding your phones setting to keep HIITster onscreen at all times.
